Sleep is the Hack

Do you sleep well?
How many hours do you catch sleep every night?
do you feel refreshed when you wake up or
do you press the snooze button
and go off to sleep, again?

“I don’t want to sleep 7 hours
is there a way I can avoid sleep?”

For years, I tried to hack sleep
I would find ways to reduce sleep

I have been most excited with the
5 am challenge or
5:30 am club
waking up challenges

But never bothered when I was going to sleep

I paid the price

Lack of adequate sleep not only
affects memory, attention and mood
it literally re-wires the brain and
shuts off some areas
permanently

Plain English: not good
