you tried another approach and
another till it worked,
sometimes you got tired
and next day,
you woke up with a new resolve
The first step
is the most important and
it needs to be small
eg If you want to go to the gym regularly,
keep the shoes ready the night before
and a gym bag.
In fact, keep the gym clothes in the locker
so you have to go there to wear it
If you are thinking of starting a business,
then your first step is to research
talk to 10-12 potential customers or
go #online and do research
Each of the small steps
will have a massive impact
on your mood and motivation
they will help you make connections
either in info or
live human connections
Meeting or listening to people
who will be impacted by your work
should always be your first small step
The steps should be solvable
if things don’t work out
Avoid committing massive time
and energy to one single big step
coz if it does not work out,
you will not be able to detach and
you will want to continue
due to the sunk cost effect
Be Curious
