in a world which seems to be
full of superficial relationships and weak connections?
The first measure we often use is
does this person act only on self-gain or
does this person provide value upfront?
Think about it:
how often have you got connection requests on social media
where the person does not even bother about you and
is only serving their own interests?
we reject or ignore these requests, right?
If you want someone to trust you
same equation applies
Are you doing things or providing value
outside your self-gain?
Next, we make sure that the other person
has the same values and beliefs as ours
